How the Brew Jelly browser app handles your information.

1. Who we are

Brew Jelly is a Tradecraft Jelly app operated by Westridge Holdings and Management LLC. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to that company.

This policy covers the current browser-based Brew Jelly recipe app. It does not cover other Tradecraft Jelly apps or the general tradecraftjelly.com website. A future native app or a change in hosting or features requires a review of this policy.

2. Favourites stored in your browser

When you star a coffee, Brew Jelly saves its name and order in your favourites list using browser local storage. This lets your favourites appear first when you return using the same browser and app website address.

The current recipe code does not transmit your favourites to us or provide cloud syncing between devices. If browser storage is unavailable, your selections may last only for the current visit.

3. Hosting and sign-in

The current app preview is hosted through OpenAI Sites and has restricted access using ChatGPT sign-in. The hosting and sign-in services are separate from the local favourites feature.

OpenAI’s privacy notice describes its handling of account information, technical information such as IP addresses and browser information, and cookies used by its services. See OpenAI’s Privacy Policy for details and available controls.

4. Fonts and external links

The current app loads Fredoka and Nunito fonts from Google Fonts. Loading these fonts creates a connection from your browser to Google’s servers. See Google Fonts’ information and Google’s Privacy Policy for information about that service.

Some recipes link to external brewing references. If you follow one of these links, the destination website’s privacy practices apply. The app’s recipe code does not include your favourites list in these links.

5. Permissions, advertising and payments

The current recipe app does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts or precise location. It contains no advertising SDK, third-party analytics SDK, payment form or subscription checkout.

These statements concern the recipe app’s code. They do not describe all processing performed by the hosting, sign-in or font services.

6. Information you send us

If you email us, your message can include your email address, name, message contents and any attachments you choose to send. We use this information to respond to your request and address the issue you raise.

For questions about the handling or retention of your correspondence, or to request its deletion, contact the address below. Please do not send passwords or payment-card details.

7. Retention and deletion

The app does not set an automatic expiry for your saved favourites. They remain in browser storage until you remove them, clear the app’s site data or your browser removes that data.

• Tap a starred coffee again to remove it from your favourites.
• Clear site data for the app’s website address to remove the locally stored favourites list.
• If the app is hosted at a different address from tradecraftjelly.com, clearing tradecraftjelly.com data alone will not remove the app’s favourites.

Clearing site data can also remove other preferences or sign-in information for that address. We cannot remotely delete favourites held only in your browser.

Hosting and sign-in information is handled according to the relevant provider’s privacy notice and controls.

8. Your choices and requests

You can use the recipe features without saving favourites. Blocking browser storage may prevent the app from remembering your selections.

Contact us to ask about personal information you have supplied directly to us, or to request access, correction or deletion where applicable. For information held in your ChatGPT account, use OpenAI’s account controls and privacy-request options.

9. Changes to this policy

We will revise this policy when the app’s information-handling practices change and update the date shown on this page.
