YOUR INFORMATION
Privacy Policy
A clear explanation of how information is handled across Tradecraft Jelly and ScriptNimble.
Draft prepared: October 2, 2026
1. Who we are
Tradecraft Jelly is operated by Westridge Holdings and Management LLC. This policy covers tradecraftjelly.com and ScriptNimble. Other apps require their own disclosures or an update to this policy before they are included.
Complete before publication: Add the company’s business contact address and the policy’s effective date. Confirm the contact mailbox below is active and monitored.
2. Information you provide
If you contact us, we use the information you send, such as your name, email address, message, and attachments, to respond and resolve your request. Avoid sending passwords, payment card details, or confidential scripts in support messages.
Verify: Identify any enabled contact forms, account registration, newsletter signups, or public comments. Describe the fields collected, recipients, purpose, and whether providing each field is required. Remove disclosures for features that are not offered.
3. Website visits, cookies, and analytics
Cookies and similar technologies can support website functions, remember choices, or measure usage. Hosting logs can contain information such as IP addresses, request times, pages requested, browser details, and error information.
Verify: Document Bluehost’s actual logs and retention, active WordPress plugins, cookies, analytics providers, and advertising tools. State what each enabled service collects, why it is used, who receives the data, and how visitors can control optional tracking. Do not describe an advertising or analytics service as enabled unless confirmed.
You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking storage may affect features that rely on it. Any consent or opt-out controls actually provided by this website must be described here before publication.
4. Scripts and app settings
ScriptNimble processes text supplied by the user to display a teleprompter script.
Verify the implementation: State whether scripts, reading position, and display settings are kept in memory, saved on the device, or transmitted to a server. Identify cloud sync, backups, imports, exports, and any third-party processing if present. Explain how users delete saved content. Do not promise device-only storage until the app has been checked.
5. Microphone and speech recognition
ScriptNimble’s voice-following feature requires access to microphone audio. Browser-based speech recognition may use an external recognition service, depending on the browser and implementation. Permission to use the microphone does not, by itself, establish that processing happens entirely on the device.
Verify: Name the recognition service where identifiable, explain whether audio or transcripts leave the device, and describe storage and retention by the app and service provider. Confirm when listening begins and ends. Provide instructions for disabling voice following and using manual scrolling without microphone access.
You can revoke microphone permission in your browser or device settings.
6. Usage information and error reports
Verify: If telemetry is enabled, list the actual events and diagnostic fields collected, including any identifiers, IP addresses, device information, or session data. Identify recipients, retention, and available controls. Confirm whether reports can include scripts, audio, or transcripts. If no telemetry is enabled, replace this note with that verified statement.
7. Purchases and subscriptions
Verify: If paid features are available, name the payment provider or app store. Explain which billing details and purchase references it receives and which records Westridge receives or retains. Do not claim that Stripe or an app store processes ScriptNimble payments until the actual payment flow is confirmed. Remove this section if no purchases are offered.
8. Use and disclosure of information
The final policy must identify the actual purposes and recipients of personal information. These may include responding to support requests, delivering an enabled feature, verifying a purchase, diagnosing a fault, or meeting legal obligations, where applicable.
Verify: List the actual service providers and relevant processing locations. Describe international transfers and applicable safeguards. Confirm whether any data is used for targeted advertising, sold, shared for advertising, or used to train AI systems. Do not include a “we never” promise without checking the app, plugins, and providers.
9. Retention and security
Personal information should be retained only for as long as needed for its lawful purposes. No method of internet transmission or electronic storage can be guaranteed completely secure.
Complete: Specify actual retention periods or criteria for support messages, hosting logs, telemetry, purchase records, and any server-stored content. Describe implemented protections and how deletion affects backups and records retained to meet legal obligations.
10. Your choices and privacy requests
You may contact us to ask whether we hold personal information about you and to request access or correction. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to request deletion, restrict certain processing, or opt out of certain uses. Some requests are subject to lawful exceptions.
We may need to verify your identity before responding. Please do not send identity documents unless we request them through an appropriate channel.
If New Zealand privacy law applies and you cannot resolve a concern with us, you can contact the New Zealand Office of the Privacy Commissioner .
Verify: Add rights and request methods required for the locations served and the business’s applicable legal obligations. Confirm that the published contact method is monitored.
11. Children
Decide and verify: Specify the intended audience and age restrictions, if any. Confirm whether the website or app is directed to children and describe applicable parental consent and deletion procedures. Do not claim that children are excluded unless the product and its practices support that statement.
12. Other websites and changes
Links may take you to websites or services operated by other organisations. Review their privacy policies before providing information. Updates to this policy will be posted on this page with a revised date and any additional notice required by applicable law.
